Administer and maintain Power Platform environments, including governance, security, and the Center of Excellence toolkit. Design and deploy enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Automate, BI, and Pages while integrating them with Azure and Dynamics 365.
Oversee IT financial management activities, including spend planning, Interagency Agreements, and multi-year budget support. Produce monthly statistical reports, KPI metrics, and maintain the BOB Financial Database.

Manage the scheduling, documentation, and administration of Investment Review Boards (IRBs) and governance workflows for FPAC. Support business units with IT budget requests, track spend-items, and maintain governance policies and KPI reports.
Lead Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) activities and oversee the development of business cases and EVM reports. Act as the primary interface with federal leadership to ensure alignment with OMB guidance and IT governance.
