The Associate Policy Analyst manages complex project workplans and deliverables focused on child welfare system transformation and evidence-based practices. They are responsible for synthesizing policy research, developing implementation tools, and coordinating with external stakeholders to drive system change.

Lead the preparation, review, and submission of complex grant and contract proposals while ensuring compliance with federal and institutional rules. Coordinate between Principal Investigators and funding agencies to manage the full pre-award lifecycle and budget development.
