Lead the implementation and evolution of holistic wellness strategies rooted in Indigenous worldviews for the Federal Indian Hospital Settlement. Oversee the delivery of culturally grounded supports and facilitate healing-centered initiatives for a remote, cross-country team.

Provide trauma-informed, one-on-one support to class members regarding claims processes and connect them with necessary mental health, legal, and cultural resources. Facilitate community engagement and manage administrative tasks while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality.

The Associate, People Operations will provide administrative and coordination support for People programs across the employee lifecycle, including managing HRIS updates, documentation, and responding to employee inquiries. This role ensures employee information, processes, and resources remain organized, compliant, and accessible by working closely with the People team and other departments.
