The Instructor Pilot serves as a subject-matter expert to design and develop courseware for the FAcT program, including reviewing storyboards and training plans. They will collaborate with instructional designers and operational teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with RCAF training standards.
The Design Engineer will produce EASA Part 21J design documents and ensure compliance with airworthiness and environmental protection requirements. They will also manage design-change projects from initiation through delivery while liaising with Compliance Verification Engineers.
