The role serves as the operational right hand to the Director, focusing on eliminating execution friction and protecting the Director's time. Key duties include auditing clinical dashboards, conducting payor and market research, and ensuring the completion of assigned initiatives.

Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed telehealth care to clients of all ages. Responsible for completing treatment plans every 90 days and maintaining accurate clinical documentation for payment.

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management services via telehealth. Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation for patients.
