Lead the Client Success function and partner with tax leadership to design and optimize the end-to-end client journey. Own key retention metrics (GRR and NRR) and establish operational standards to reduce friction between client management and tax delivery.

Lead a pod of 4-5 Client Success Managers through coaching and development while managing a personal portfolio of clients. Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and partner with the Director of Client Success on process improvements.
