Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound leads, triaging and qualifying prospects before routing them to specialists. Additionally, manage the global referral network and synthesize client feedback into actionable insights for Marketing and Client Success teams.

Lead a pod of 4-5 Client Success Managers through coaching and development while managing a personal portfolio of clients. Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and partner with the Director of Client Success on process improvements.
