The role focuses on converting EASI platform users into active customers and managing channel partner pipelines through onboarding and demos. Additionally, the associate translates user feedback into product requirements and manages the go-to-market strategy for new features.

The FP&A Director will build and own the company's financial planning, analysis, and performance management functions, including the annual budget and operating forecasts. They will partner across departments to create financial models and reporting for the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors.

Lead the full-cycle technical design and engineering execution of complex microgrid and renewable energy projects from concept through commissioning. Act as the technical authority for solar PV, BESS, and generator integration while coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients.

The role involves owning the technical architecture and software design of the microgrid controls platform, transitioning from an individual contributor to a leadership role. Responsibilities include programming PLC/RTAC systems, managing DER integration, and building a controls engineering team.
