The HR Manager will own the end-to-end People Operations function, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. They will also oversee employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and provide strategic support to leadership regarding performance management and employee relations.

The PDR is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for Regional Partnerships Directors through strategic outbound prospecting and lead follow-up. This includes researching school districts, engaging K-12 leaders, and maintaining accurate CRM records to support territory growth.
