Drive technical oversight and performance optimization for utility-scale solar and energy storage assets to ensure they meet technical benchmarks. Manage third-party O&M providers and lead the generation of technical reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

The Senior Real Estate Counsel serves as the primary legal resource for all real property matters related to utility-scale solar projects. Responsibilities include negotiating complex site control agreements, leading title curative processes, and supporting project financing and M&A activities.

Lead all pre-construction activities for utility-scale solar and storage projects from late-stage development through notice to proceed. Coordinate with EPC partners and internal teams to validate scope, cost, schedule, and risk to ensure projects are financeable and constructible.

Manage end-to-end procurement operations for utility-scale solar projects, including sourcing, contracts, and logistics. Develop strategies for major equipment procurement and optimize costs and lead times through strategic vendor relationships.
