The role focuses on identifying new organizations and generating leads through market research and targeted outbound outreach. The specialist will manage leads in a CRM and collaborate with the team to refine messaging and evaluate training needs for clinical research sites.

Lead the development, management, and growth of Environmental Health and Safety educational content and products. Coordinate with subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure content remains current and impactful.

Provide concierge-level technical support and onboarding for new organizational subscribers of the CITI Program. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams while participating in User Acceptance Testing for software updates.
