Partner with the Enterprise Sales team to lead discovery sessions and design complex revenue lifecycle management solutions for global enterprises. Serve as a trusted advisor on billing operations and revenue recognition while mentoring other solution engineers.

Act as the first point of contact for enterprise customers to triage and resolve application issues. Coordinate with internal engineering teams to drive timely resolutions and maintain accurate support records.

The role involves owning on-call processes, managing SLOs/SLIs, and designing scalable AWS infrastructure using IaC. The engineer will also maintain Kubernetes clusters, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement comprehensive monitoring and observability tools.
