The role involves working through provided call lists to engage potential clients and book qualified meetings. Callers must use provided prompts and live coaching to maintain high energy and personality during conversations.

Own the full visual identity, brand system, and all external touchpoints including the website, decks, and social media. Act as the sole design and content function to build a scalable brand from scratch.

Design and build the commercial infrastructure, including CRM architecture and reporting dashboards, to scale revenue. Develop the demand generation motion, ICP validation, and sales enablement materials to support the founders.

Own the end-to-end operating rhythm, including cadence meetings, dashboards, and decision logs to ensure consistent execution. Support the founding team by managing coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding to allow them to focus on revenue and product.
