The Subject Matter Expert will serve as the senior functional resource for federal travel processing, policy guidance, and electronic travel system management. They will also support the agency's transition from E2 Solutions to the Go.gov platform while providing training and quality control.

The Federal Travel Specialist will manage end-to-end travel support for federal staff, including processing authorizations and vouchers within E2 Solutions. They will also provide customer support, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in the transition to the Go.gov travel system.

Deliver leadership development, mentoring, and coaching sessions to military and federal government personnel across in-person, online, and hybrid formats. Prepare curriculum materials and track participant engagement to report session outcomes to the program team.
