The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. They will also collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to ensure effective staffing strategies and a high-quality candidate experience.

The specialist conducts ongoing fraud monitoring, investigates alerts, and manages fraud-related investigations, liaising with external agencies while maintaining evidence and preparing case reports. They also support risk management, provide guidance on fraud mitigation processes, and stay current on industry trends and relevant laws.

The Special Accounts Officer is responsible for controlling delinquent and non-performing accounts in the retail and small business loan portfolio to minimize losses, which includes initiating collections, negotiating payment solutions, and providing financial counseling to members. This role also involves assessing when legal action is required, managing insolvency processes, facilitating asset repossessions, and providing guidance to branch staff on collections matters.
