The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth through disciplined prospecting and direct operator engagement. They will manage a sales pipeline, build relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to execute segment strategies.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Restaurant Chain and C-Store segments to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with chefs and procurement teams to create customized menu solutions and execute strategic business plans.

Manage the organization's disbursement operations, including accounts payable, supplier invoices, and employee reimbursements. Oversee full-cycle bi-weekly payroll processing and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
