You will lead end-to-end HubSpot CRM solution delivery, from discovery and architecture design to implementation and client adoption. Additionally, you will coach junior consultants, support pre-sales activities, and drive internal best practices through documentation and AI integration.

The Team Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, and employee administration across multiple European countries. They will work closely with the HR team and the German CEO to ensure a smooth employee experience and maintain accurate HR documentation.
