The Community Outreach Specialist will identify and engage with season ticket holders in online communities to introduce them to the Lysted app. They are responsible for building genuine relationships, guiding prospects through the listing process, and reporting weekly outreach results to stakeholders.
The Account Manager will oversee the client onboarding process, conduct product demos, and maintain strong relationships to prevent churn and identify up-sell opportunities. They will also analyze customer trends, track feature requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze market data and historical trends to effectively price ticket inventory using proprietary software. Act as the primary point of contact for clients to discuss pricing strategies and account performance.
The analyst will own the architecture and effectiveness of customer operations tooling, establish performance visibility across teams, and build automation, reporting, and operational frameworks to enable scalable service delivery. Key duties include serving as the primary administrator for core platforms like Intercom and designing scalable workflows supporting Support, Customer Success, and Partner Operations.
