The Solutions Engineer will lead technical evaluations, sales presentations, and product demonstrations to help qualify and close opportunities. They will collaborate with Account Executives to document technical requirements and design tailored permission schema solutions for prospects.
You will operate and evolve AuthZed's production infrastructure while integrating advanced security practices into the platform. This includes securing the software supply chain, managing vulnerabilities, and leading incident response efforts.
You will design, implement, and maintain features for SpiceDB and the broader AuthZed open-source ecosystem. Additionally, you will take end-to-end ownership of your work, including production operations, troubleshooting, and mentoring team members.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure to support a growing customer base. Monitor system performance, automate deployments, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system resilience and security.
