Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers to resolve critical technical issues and ensure successful platform adoption. Collaborate with R&D and product teams to diagnose product bugs and advocate for customer-driven platform improvements.

Solution Engineers will lead technical discovery, design solution architectures across various systems, and deliver compelling demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements to connect platform features to tangible business outcomes like reduced risk and improved developer velocity. They will partner with Sales to drive technical wins, collaborate with Customer Success, and provide competitive insights while documenting learnings for product feedback.
