The Hardware Service Program Manager is responsible for developing and enhancing hardware service processes while managing internal and external customer relationships. They coordinate hardware repair services, maintain service databases, and provide guidance to service coordinators and technicians to ensure operational excellence.

The Medical Science Liaison develops and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and the scientific community to provide clinical data and support for company products. They also facilitate investigator-sponsored trials and serve as an internal and external educator regarding diseases and therapeutic options.
