You will build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and innovative customer outreach to promote energy solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams to refine sales strategies and drive the company's mission for a climate-neutral real estate sector.

You will lead end-to-end full-stack delivery and shape the company's AI engineering strategy by building features and agentic workflows. You will also collaborate directly with the CTO on platform architecture, roadmap decisions, and technical strategy.
