Manage end-to-end open enrollment, including benefit system configuration and testing, employee support, enrollment tracking, communications, and accurate recordkeeping. Develop and improve leave administration processes, maintain confidential leave records, support FMLA and applicable state and local leave administration, and escalate complex compliance matters.
