Lead the growth of the individual giving program by managing a portfolio of mid-level and major donors to achieve annual fundraising goals. Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team while collaborating across departments to align philanthropic efforts with organizational goals.

The Manager of Governance supports the Vice President of Leadership & Governance in managing governance operations, strategic initiatives, and Board and Council meetings. Key duties include developing workflows, managing meeting logistics, and coordinating communication with volunteer leadership.

The Manager of Corporate Relations is responsible for building and managing corporate partnerships and the Science Innovation Alliance to achieve fundraising goals. This includes cultivating donor relationships, executing engagement strategies, and collaborating across departments to align partnership efforts.
