You will advise guests and travel agency partners on the ASI travel portfolio from initial inquiry through to booking. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks related to bookings and travel documents while providing personalized recommendations for individual travel needs.
You will be responsible for the organic visibility and SEO strategy of the platform, focusing on high-converting search intent and technical site architecture. You will lead the cross-functional implementation of SEO roadmaps by collaborating closely with content and technical teams.
You will be responsible for the marketing activation layer, including journey management, email systems, and personalization strategies. You will also act as the bridge between marketing and tech teams to translate business requirements into data models and event requirements.
You will be responsible for the entire indirect B2B sales strategy, including managing travel agency partnerships, white-label production, and OTA channels.
