The role involves owning and producing all investor-facing materials, managing investor communications across all channels, and structuring data rooms for active fundraises. A key focus is building and deploying AI agent workflows to systematically eliminate repetitive manual tasks across the Investor Relations function.

You will own group-wide reporting and analytics, covering fund performance and AUM development, while also co-leading business expansion initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with Investor Relations and act as a trusted representative of the Founders.

The role involves architecting investor onboarding and trade operations, ensuring clean operational execution between investment activities and operations. Responsibilities include managing KYC/AML processes, trade capture, reconciliation, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

The General Counsel will serve as Infra One's lead advisor on US fund law and structuring, drafting essential legal documents and advising on regulatory compliance. This role also involves strategic advisory to the Managing Director on market positioning and legal risks.

You will build Infra One's internal fund administration and accounting function, establishing the financial and operational backbone for the platform. This includes designing accounting policies, managing capital calls, and ensuring audit-ready records management.
