The role involves owning the end-to-end international tax compliance process for fund structures across Germany, Austria, the UK, and the US. This includes coordinating external advisors, managing investor tax reporting, and advising the finance team on complex transactions.

Responsible for investment controlling, portfolio valuation according to IPEV guidelines, and the end-to-end investor reporting process. Acts as the central hub for investment data, managing deal documentation and coordinating with finance, legal, and IR teams.

Manage end-to-end international tax compliance for fund structures across the UK, US, Austria, and Germany. Coordinate external tax advisors and serve as the internal expert for finance and investment teams regarding complex transactions and reporting.

The role involves owning and producing all investor-facing materials, managing investor communications across all channels, and structuring data rooms for active fundraises. A key focus is building and deploying AI agent workflows to systematically eliminate repetitive manual tasks across the Investor Relations function.
