The Sales Manager will achieve profitability and volume objectives in assigned markets and customers while managing both direct customer relationships and broker management. They will also develop and execute strategic plans, manage promotional processes, and analyze market data to identify opportunities.

Responsible for managing capital projects from concept through startup, including the development of 5-year capital plans and annual budgets. Provides engineering support for continuous improvement, sustainability goals, and oversight of external vendors and contractors.
