Manage an assigned portfolio of managed services clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth through upselling and cross-selling. Develop account plans, prepare commercial proposals, and collaborate with technical teams to close new business opportunities.
Manage and maintain client cloud infrastructure and private cloud environments based on Proxmox. Ensure system stability, handle incident response, and automate tasks using Infrastructure as Code tools.
You will be responsible for the advanced administration of storage systems including NetApp and Ceph in distributed environments. Additionally, you will integrate storage solutions with virtualization platforms and ensure the scalability and reliability of critical cloud infrastructure.
