The Implementation Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning AeroCloud software products in airport environments. This role involves managing project delivery, providing onsite training, and performing hyper-care support post-go-live.
The Project Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of airport technology implementations, managing hardware logistics, airline onboarding, and cross-functional internal teams. They are responsible for translating contracts into structured delivery plans, managing milestones, and maintaining client relationships throughout the implementation process.
Act as the primary liaison for airport customers to ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and long-term retention. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive expansion opportunities and maintain high customer health through success playbooks and business reviews.
