Act as the primary liaison for airport customers to ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and long-term retention. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive expansion opportunities and maintain high customer health through success playbooks and business reviews.

Responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning AeroCloud products in airport environments across the US. This includes managing on-site deployment, providing customer training, and delivering hyper-care support post go-live.

Own the end-to-end delivery of airport technology implementations from contract signature to business-as-usual handover. Manage client relationships, hardware logistics, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful deployment in complex airport environments.
