IT Support Technician (MGI)
The IT Support Technician will administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Exchange, and Entra ID, while providing end-to-end user support. Responsibilities also include managing employee onboarding and offboarding, hardware deployment, and maintaining IT documentation and asset inventories.
