They are responsible for designing customized HR strategies, managing metrics, and partnering with Lead Consultants to drive organizational change.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for internal and client positions, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, facilitate offer negotiations, and oversee the onboarding process.
