You will work remotely, collaborate with different business functions, and contribute to improving operational efficiency through structured administration and smart use of technology.

🧩 What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

πŸ“‹ Performing and managing administrative tasks with high accuracy

πŸ€– Supporting automation initiatives (workflows, tools, digital forms, dashboards)

πŸ›’ Assisting with procurement activities (supplier data, purchase requests, public and private tenders, commercial opportunities, comparisons)

πŸ“Š Maintaining trackers, databases, and drafting documentation with AI

πŸ” Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements

🀝 Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors

πŸ“ Supporting compliance, reporting, and structured record-keeping


πŸŽ“ Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (Business, Administration, Supply Chain, HR, IT, or similar)

  • Strong in administrative work and highly detail-oriented

  • Tech-savvy, with confidence using digital tools (Excel required; Jira, Automation tools are a plus)

  • Able to work autonomously and responsibly in a remote setup

  • Structured, proactive, and reliable

  • Language requirements:

πŸ‡³πŸ‡± Advanced Dutch (strongly desirable!)

πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ Spanish (nice-to-have)
