What You'll Do

As a Policyholder Engagement Representative, you'll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing policy service.

🤝 Client Engagement & Customer Service

  • Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

  • Work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits

  • Listen to client questions, needs, and financial protection priorities

  • Provide clear, professional, and personalized guidance

  • Build relationships through responsive customer service

  • Follow up with clients regarding questions and service needs

  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and consistent communication

Once properly licensed, you'll:

  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

  • Help clients understand coverage features and benefit choices

  • Identify individual and family protection needs

  • Provide needs-based recommendations

Your relationship with clients doesn't end after enrollment.

Depending on the applicable service request, you may assist existing clients with:
