What would you be doing:

  • Handling multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality customer service. 
  • Managing customer inquiries efficiently and ensuring timely responses across different projects.
  • Working on multiple tasks and projects at the same time, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and service standards. 
  • Operating in a rotational shift environment, including night shifts, ensuring consistent support coverage.
  • Engaging with customers in a fast-paced, face-to-face (real-time) environment, resolving issues quickly and professionally.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1 year and above of experience in Live Chat or Customer Service roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at the same time while Maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and high service quality.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Fast learner with a proactive mindset, able to quickly understand new systems, processes, and product knowledge with minimal supervision.
  • Good academic background, experience in BPO or similar industries is an advantage.
