    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

What you'll do: 
  • Application Management: Drive the end-to-end processing of personal insurance applications, maintaining a target cycle time for follow-ups with providers.

  • Client & Provider Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries, ensuring a professional and timely response (SLA-based) via phone and email.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy in client records and CRM updates, ensuring all documentation meets Australian regulatory and company compliance standards.

  • Pipeline Support: Support Senior Advisers by managing their calendars, tracking task deadlines, and preparing client reports to ensure nothing "slips through the cracks."

  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest at least one workflow optimization per quarter to enhance the overall client experience.
