The role involves managing end-to-end personal insurance applications and acting as the primary point of contact for client and provider enquiries. Additionally, the officer will maintain data integrity in CRM systems and support senior advisers with administrative tasks and workflow optimizations.

You will work directly with Senior Financial Advisers to support the delivery of personal insurance advice and prepare insurance proposals. Additionally, you will manage client communications, handle insurance applications, and ensure all tasks are completed with high attention to detail.

Support initial client engagement and the preparation of insurance proposals and Statements of Advice. Manage ongoing client communication and ensure insurance applications are implemented and tracked effectively.

The adviser will act as the primary contact for new clients, preparing and delivering insurance proposals while managing ongoing relationships. They will also collaborate with the support team to implement applications and mentor junior staff members.
