FindTutors is looking for passionate and motivated Welsh tutors to support students who want to learn, practise, or improve their Welsh language skills.

This is a flexible tutoring opportunity ideal for native speakers, fluent speakers, students, graduates, language enthusiasts, or anyone with strong knowledge of Welsh and a desire to help others learn.

Whether students are complete beginners, studying Welsh at school or university, reconnecting with their heritage, or simply passionate about the language and culture, your role will be to guide them through personalised and engaging lessons.

What You’ll Do

Deliver personalised Welsh tutoring sessions

Help students improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills

Support beginners and intermediate learners with grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation

Adapt lessons to each student’s level, goals, and learning style

Create a positive and encouraging learning environment

Help students build confidence in using Welsh in real-life contexts

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Welsh

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for languages, teaching, and Welsh culture

No previous tutoring experience required

Ability to adapt lessons to different levels and learning needs
