Warm Work From Home Family Seeking Nurturing Infant Care

My husband and I both work from home and value gentle parenting, kindness, creativity, and interactive care. We love encouraging independence, developmental play, and meaningful connection. Our son enjoys stroller walks, being active, and independent play. Responsibilities include full infant care, bottles and baby-led weaning support, developmental/play-based activities, maintaining nap routines, and cleaning baby bottles/eating utensils. We are looking for someone experienced with infants who is CPR certified, dependable, communicative, non-smoking, and aligned with gentle parenting/ Montessori-style approaches. Schedule and pay are flexible as we finalize our work schedules.
