Following a €45M Series B round led by Dawn Capital, we are scaling our global presence and are seeking a VP of Sales, South Korea to lead our commercial growth in the region across hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure sectors.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and executing Blackwall’s go-to-market strategy in South Korea. We’re looking for someone who understands the local ecosystem of hosting providers, ISPs, MSPs, and technology partners, and can build strong commercial relationships across the market. You will take ownership of regional revenue growth, partner development, and sales execution while representing Blackwall within the local industry.
You will play a key role in establishing Blackwall’s presence in South Korea — developing the regional strategy, building partnerships, and ensuring strong commercial execution across the market.
Own and lead regional revenue, pipeline development, and forecasting for South Korea, ensuring alignment with Blackwall’s global growth strategy.
Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, including prioritization of target markets, customers, and strategic partners.
Build and develop Blackwall’s commercial presence in South Korea by establishing relationships with key partners across hosting, infrastructure, and cybersecurity ecosystems.
Lead partner selection, deal planning, and execution, acting as a senior escalation point for key partners and strategic customers.
Provide hands-on commercial leadership in strategic deals and complex negotiations.
Build, structure, and scale the regional sales team as the business grows, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management when needed.
Collaborate closely with Partner Success and Technical Operations to ensure successful partner onboarding, validation, and long-term growth.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations to support go-to-market execution, pricing strategy, contracts, and operational excellence.
Represent Blackwall at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across South Korea.
Provide clear reporting and insights to global leadership on regional progress, opportunities, and risks.
10+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy within cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, hosting, or related technology sectors.
Strong understanding of the South Korean technology ecosystem, including hosting providers, MSPs, ISPs, and enterprise infrastructure buyers.
Proven experience developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies and building partner ecosystems.
Track record of leading complex enterprise or channel sales and closing high-value deals.
Experience building and leading regional sales teams or commercial organizations.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead complex strategic deals.
Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international, remote-first company.
Experience launching or scaling international technology companies in South Korea.
Strong network within hosting, ISP, or cybersecurity ecosystems.
Experience working with infrastructure technologies such as CDNs, WAFs, APIs, or cloud platforms.
Previous experience working in global or remote-first technology organizations.
