Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced attorney who is looking for an exciting and fast-paced in-house opportunity at our rapidly expanding company. This attorney will oversee the legal teams providing legal guidance and support to The Practice on corporate, debt and equity matters. This includes, but is not limited to, advising and serving as a strategic business partner on corporate transactions, entity structure, board governance, equity, and compliance with corporate and security laws and regulations.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $300,000 - $310,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
