Lead and develop a multidisciplinary provider group, overseeing clinical protocols, clinician onboarding and performance, quality standards, and productivity across telehealth services. Improve clinical operations and patient care through quality initiatives, process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and, when needed, direct telemedicine care.
OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.
About The Role
OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. Our provider group is where that care actually gets delivered — a multidisciplinary team of clinicians serving patients in all 50 states on behalf of the companies we power. The Vice President, Clinical owns the clinical quality of that group: the protocols clinicians work from, how they're onboarded and developed, and how performance is measured. As the group grows across disciplines and service lines, this role is what keeps the standard of care consistent for every patient.
OpenLoop is looking for a Vice President, Clinical to join our team remotely. This role will be a member of the clinical leadership team and report to the head of the PC group.
