As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.
     

What you’ll do

The Business Analyst – Planning & Delivery Design shapes business and customer needs into work that is clearly defined, planned and ready for delivery. Working with programme teams and key stakeholders, the role defines the problem, captures requirements and develops the scope and delivery approach. It then builds an integrated plan and drafts statements of work or bid content, making sure assumptions, dependencies and commitments are clear before the work enters delivery.



Who you are

• Strong writing and business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, scope definition, process mapping and acceptance criteria development.
• Proven planning and scheduling experience across complex customer programmes, including WBS, dependencies and milestones
• Microsoft Project and/or ServiceNow to maintain accurate, integrated delivery plans.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery environments, ideally within telecommunications, technology, IT or managed services.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to present options, risks and recommendations clearly.
• Highly organised, analytical and solution-focused, with the ability to manage priorities, maintain planning integrity and drive actions to closure.
• Advanced Microsoft Project skills, with the ability to build, maintain and assure integrated delivery plans. 
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including planning, tracking, reporting and analysis of delivery data.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar project, portfolio or workflow management tools to support delivery governance and reporting.
• Recognised project, programme, PMO or assurance qualification, such as PRINCE2, P3O, ISEB or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of delivery governance, dependency management, risk management and change control.
