The Recruiting Admin provides clerical support to recruiters by managing nurse files, compliance documentation, and assignment agreements. They also coordinate with payroll and candidates to resolve timesheet issues and ensure all credentials remain current.
SUMMARY
The Recruiting Admin provides general office and clerical support to Recruiters and understands specific needs and requirements of assignments to be able to assist in preparing files to present to facility. This position is also responsible for communication internally and externally regarding compliance, pay, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports recruiters with administrative duties
Uploads required nurse documents to get nurse files ready for internal presentation
Calls/obtains references for candidates
Sends and obtains assignment agreement letters to nurses accepted for assignments
Works directly with candidates, recruiters and payroll to collect timesheets and resolve any payroll issues
Prepares candidates’ Direct Deposit and paperwork for proper pay
Obtains compliance for candidates to ensure current credentials are present throughout the duration of the assignment
Prepares files for Sales team as needed for reverse marketing
Sets up and renews continuing education for working candidates
Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in medical setting, staffing, medical sales, or hospital environments, preferred
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with an ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates ability to work in fast‐paced environment under tight deadlines
Excellent organization, prioritization and time-management skills
Strong decision‐making skills, including the ability to extrapolate from written procedures and policies
Ability to analyze, think outside the box, and resolve work problems
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must have use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
Must have manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
