Rockstar is hiring a full-time Virtual Patient Care Coordinator on behalf of a growing chiropractic organization operating under a fully remote coordinator model.

This role is a live patient-facing position. The practice operates without an in-person front desk and instead uses a technology-based check-in system where patients connect directly to a live coordinator via iPad. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent English communication skills, a warm and professional presence, and the ability to be easily understood by patients in real time.

Our client is a large chiropractic and rehabilitation organization with 100 providers across multiple locations. Their clinics are located inside Life Time fitness centers, giving patients access to advanced fitness equipment and recovery resources to support their treatment.

They help patients restore, maintain, and optimize human function through chiropractic care and rehabilitation. Their approach combines integrated chiropractic care, IMJT soft tissue therapy, and personalized exercises designed to help patients move and perform better.

What sets this organization apart is their fully remote coordinator model — there is no traditional in-person front desk. Instead, patients connect with a live coordinator virtually through a technology-based kiosk system, making this a forward-thinking and innovative practice within the chiropractic space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a live virtual point of contact for patients through the practice's iPad-based kiosk system

  • Confirm and manage patient appointments via Chirotouch

  • Handle appointment scheduling and rescheduling requests

  • Process and collect patient payments

  • Direct patients to the appropriate channel or provider as needed

  • Respond to patient FAQs and send personalized communications

  • Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations

  • Update patient files with insurance information

  • Send exercise and treatment plans as directed

  • Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent and clear articulation — this is a live patient-facing role and being easily understood is essential

  • Strong customer service background with a warm, professional, and prompt communication style

  • Experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or similar healthcare setting preferred

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, tech-forward environment

  • Familiarity with Chirotouch or similar chiropractic/medical EMR systems is a plus

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage scheduling and payment processing accurately

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
