Your Responsibilities

As a Virtual Client Relations Consultant, you will:

• Welcome and onboard new members through the enrollment process

• Conduct virtual consultations using Zoom and phone appointments

• Provide personalized recommendations based on each client's needs and goals

• Explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally

• Respond promptly to client inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service

• Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

• Maintain organized appointment schedules and accurate digital records

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Minimum Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional home office environment

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
