Virtual Client Care Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking dependable, service-focused individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Client Care Specialist. In this position, you will help clients stay informed and supported throughout the vacation-planning process by researching options, coordinating requested services, and keeping important details organized.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, communicating clearly, solving routine issues, and managing information in a virtual environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved supplier resources.
• Help coordinate selected arrangements and maintain accurate confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Provide responsive support by answering routine questions, communicating updates, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes when needed.
• Review client information for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain organized records, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
