Virtual Behavior Technician (RBT / ABA)

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA professionals to provide 1:1 and small group virtual behavior intervention and academic support to students across the country. If you excel at implementing behavior plans, fostering positive reinforcement, helping neurodivergent students thrive virtually, and want the flexibility to build a schedule around your life — we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching tailored to each student's behavioral goals, accommodations, and unique learning profile.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a BCBA, focusing on skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and reducing challenging behaviors that impact learning.
• Adapt instruction and reinforcement in real time based on student focus, engagement, and emotional regulation, utilizing creative digital rewards and interactive tools to maintain momentum.
• Track behavior data diligently during sessions and communicate effectively with families, supervising BCBAs, and, where applicable, school district partners.

Why tutors love working with us:

• Fully remote — tutor from home on your own computer
• You set your schedule — choose your availability and update it anytime
• You set your hourly rate — and negotiate per job based on the scope of work
• Steady opportunities — with hundreds of new students signing up daily, we match jobs to your email based on the subjects and student populations you're best suited for

Note: Many of our assignments operate in Pacific Time, so availability during PT hours is a plus.
