A UK-based Events Manager and Executive Asset professional is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support operations and marketing. She is currently expanding a multi-project ecosystem that includes an Events Agency, an Online Business Academy, and an Online Magazine.
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Work Set-Up: Fully remote, Independent Contractor
Work Hours: UK time
Monthly Salary: $800
What You'll Be Doing:As a Junior Marketing Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in building and developing the Events Agency from the ground up, from initial research to launch and long-term expansion.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
- Define service offerings and develop pricing structures
- Establish brand positioning and differentiation
- Research visual branding and create guidelines
- Design website structure and lay SEO foundations
- Organize content and optimize blog performance
- Develop marketing funnels under strategic supervision
- Monitor performance and track competitor activity
Who You Are: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting operations and/or marketing
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage large volumes of information and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Logical, systems-oriented approach to problem-solving and task management
- Adaptable and able to support research, branding, and operational tasks as needed
- Self-motivated, proactive, and interested in long-term growth in marketing and business operations
- Strong desire to transition into a marketing strategist given hands-on training
