Snapscale – Virtual Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Snapscale is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Operations Coordinator to support daily operational workflows, project tracking, coordination, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

Work Setup

Remote / Work From Home

Compensation

Up to ₹30,000 take-home salary per month

Approximate CTC: ₹41,000 per month


Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage ongoing tasks, requests, and operational activities
  • Maintain accurate and organized records using trackers and internal systems
  • Follow up with internal teams regarding pending items and updates
  • Monitor task progress and ensure statuses are updated regularly
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to help ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Escalate urgent issues, delays, or blockers when required
  • Prepare daily and weekly status updates and reports
  • Organize digital files and operational documentation
  • Support process improvement and workflow organization initiatives




Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and online tools
  • Ability to follow structured processes and deadlines
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accountability
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in operations support, customer support, coordination, administration, or back-office roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage
  • Experience working night shifts or US shifts is a plus
