The Role

The Virtual Account Manager “VAM” gives personal support to Auto Dealer personnel and other involved parties. As part of the Latcha concierge team, the VAM will support the Field Team to align with project objectives and effectively support dealer needs. The role of Virtual Account Manager is an important piece of our dealer and regional support and outreach team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact with the Dealership Sales, Service, Parts and Marketing Managers who call, chat or email for marketing platform support
  • Proactive Dealer outreach via phone and email
  • Become an expert in the MAX platform, marketing programs and digital journeys
  • Assist dealers with troubleshooting within the MAX platform
  • Cultivate relationships with internal Latcha teams including: Account, Marketing Intelligence, Creative, Project Management, etc.
  • Assist the field team with the development and execution of all dealer-level marketing programs
  • Proof/QA all MAX platform offerings (Email, Direct Mail, Social, Display, Media, etc.) per submission
  • Proactively build trust and respect with the dealers. Help Dealers get involved in programs by consulting and answering their questions.
  • Collect dealer suggestions for platform improvement and document for internal stakeholders
  • Input all communications and correspondence with dealer, corporate field, and MAX field into contact management tool.
  • Participate in internal meetings to discuss collected feedback and present platform enhancement solutions
  • The expectation is that the chat, phone, and group email inbox is actively managed from 9:00 am to 5:00pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors (4-year) degree is preferred
  • Minimum two years relevant professional experience, ideally in a marketing coordination role
  • Required active communication from 9:00 am to 5:00pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.   
  • Knowledge of automotive marketing preferred
  • Experienced managing multiple projects at the same time while communicating project status
  • Experience with multiple marketing channels - direct mail, email, social, text, display and digital strategy is a plus.
