VIP Host

What you'll do:

Underdog's VIP program is built on relationships, not scripts. As VIP Host, you're the steady, high-touch presence behind every great VIP experience, making sure each customer feels seen and taken care of, even as the program keeps growing. Working closely with the VIP Senior Manager, you'll help drive onboarding, communications, retention and promo execution, gifting, and RG diligence. This is a hands-on operational role, the engine that keeps white-glove service running smoothly as the client base scales.

• Support onboarding of new VIP clients, ensuring a smooth, high-touch first experience
• Execute VIP communications, including personalized outreach and campaign follow-through
• Assist with retention and promo strategy execution for the VIPs
• Coordinate gifting and VIP client entertainment logistics
• Support responsible gaming (RG) monitoring and outreach for VIPs
• Partner closely with the VIP Senior Manager on day-to-day VIP operations, flagging issues early and keeping response times fast

Who you are:

• 1+ years in a client-facing, hospitality, concierge, VIP services, or account management role, ideally in gaming, sports, or a related high-touch industry
• A natural relationship-builder who reads people well and knows how to make someone feel genuinely taken care of
• Detail-obsessed and organized, you don't let a gift, a follow-up, or a deadline slip through the cracks
• A sharp, personal communicator, comfortable writing and speaking directly with high-value clients
• Comfortable operating with discretion and sound judgment, including around sensitive client and responsible gaming information
• Able to juggle multiple clients and workstreams at once without losing the personal touch
• Flexible availability, this role occasionally follows the client's schedule, including some evenings, weekends, or event travel

Bonus points if you have:

• Background in event planning or client entertainment logistics (dinners, live events, travel coordination)
• Familiarity with CRM or VIP management platforms
• Existing knowledge of sports, fantasy sports, or sports betting audiences
• A track record of turning one great interaction into a long-term relationship

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $77,000 and $85,000, plus target equity. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, skills and expertise, interview performance, and other market considerations.
